What IPnite does—and never does—with your data

Your content is used only to run the workflows you request: searching, drafting, generating drawings, checking quality, and exporting. IPnite does not train models on it, sell it, share it for advertising, or analyze it for any other purpose.

How the AI runs: Google Cloud Vertex AI

IPnite processes AI requests through the enterprise Vertex AI API in IPnite's own Google Cloud environment—not through a consumer chatbot account. Google Cloud's terms state that Google does not use customer data to train or fine-tune its AI models without the customer's prior permission or instruction. IPnite has not given that permission.

What Google documents about temporary retention

Google's documentation explains that some generative AI features can keep data temporarily—for example, caching inputs for up to 24 hours to reduce latency, or logging prompts for abuse monitoring under certain account types. These operational copies are not used for training. The links below point to Google's current documentation.

The data IPnite collects

To run your account IPnite keeps account details (name and email), billing records handled by payment processors such as Stripe and, depending on the country, local providers like Mercado Pago or Pix, and aggregate demographic information such as country and professional profile. The Privacy Policy lists retention periods and your rights.
